Course Terms & Conditions (Non-Refundable)

These Terms & Conditions apply to all course bookings with Fairwinds Counselling. By booking a place on a course (online or in-person), you agree to the relevant Terms below.
Online Courses – Terms & Conditions (Non-Refundable)
Booking & payment
Your place is confirmed only once payment is received (unless agreed in writing).
Prices are in GBP (£).
Non-refundable payments
All online course payments are non-refundable.
This includes (without limitation) non-attendance, missed sessions, change of mind, or inability to complete the course.
Transfers/deferrals (at our discretion)
We may allow a transfer to a future course date or to another person, subject to availability and suitability.
Requests must be made in writing. An admin fee may apply.
If a transfer isn’t possible, the non-refundable policy still applies.
Access & technology
You are responsible for having suitable equipment, software, internet connection, and a suitable environment.
We are not responsible for issues caused by your device, internet, or local setup.
Conduct & participation
Please behave respectfully. We may remove participants for disruptive or unsafe behaviour. No refund will be provided.
Confidentiality (group sessions)
Do not share or repeat personal information disclosed by other participants outside the course.
We cannot guarantee other participants’ confidentiality, but we set clear expectations.
Recording & materials
No recording (audio/video/screen) without our written permission.
Course materials are for personal use only and must not be copied, shared, sold, or published without written consent.
Changes/cancellation by us
We may change dates/times/facilitator/platform where necessary.
If we cancel and cannot offer a suitable alternative, we will offer a transfer or credit (and any remedy required by law).
Important note
Courses are educational/supportive and not a substitute for therapy, counselling, crisis support, or medical care.

Meet the Team
Fairwinds counselling and coaching services fees
We offer an initial free 20-minute phone or video call to gather background information to determine if we're a good fit.
Regular counselling sessions are priced at £70 a 50-minute session, with advanced block bookings available upon inquiry I also have a limited number of sessions at reduced rate.
Couples counselling 140 per 90 min session
we have special pricing for students over 18s at £35 per session.
Adolescent counselling is available for £55 per session, subject to availability,
Supervision price on enquiry .
Life Coaching sessions are offered at £40 per hour with block booking prices available upon request. Please note that life coaching is distinct from counselling.
